IP65 is a common waterproof and dustproof rating for LED luminaires. The number 6 means completely dust-tight with no dust ingress. The number 5 means protected against low-pressure water jets from any direction. IP65 LED linear lights are suitable for wet workshops, car washes, covered outdoor corridors, parking canopies and humid industrial areas. Please note that IP65 lights are waterproof for splash and jet water, but cannot be immersed in water for long-term underwater use.
